Inspector Qualification
Inspectors are the eyes and ears of the construction loan process. We are proud of our force of inspectors and the construction and inspection experience they bring to the job site.
Inspector qualifications are carefully reviewed by LCN prior to their first assignment. Inspectors are continuously rated for their performance and reporting.
Many of our inspectors have earned professional designations and bring years of experience to the process of an independent third party inspection. Additionally, we keep an active communication with our inspectors to resolve questions before they arrive on the lender's desk.
