Project Review
Just like a proper foundation supports a house, the initial review supports the entire inspection process. At LCN each project starts with a review of the appraisal and scope of the project. Our staff has over one hundred cumulative years experience reviewing construction documentation. This independent, compliance friendly review helps identify discrepancies before they become problems. Each inspector carries a customized review form with selected appraisal information and a complete up to date draw schedule on each inspection.
