Review and Report

Field inspectors transmit a customized form indicating percentage completion along with photo documentation. Our experienced staff review each report rechecking the scope of the project and comparing that to the reported completion percentages. Notes accompany reports as needed to alert the lender to unusual conditions and discrepancies.

Completed reports are transmitted to the lender. Integration into the TCL reporting system is automatic. In addition the report is stored on LCN's secure server for a period of three years, accessible 24/7/365 to your authorized loan team members.

Finally, no system is perfect and when you need help, our dedicated staff is available from 6:00 AM to 5:30 PM PT to answer your call and resolve your problem.
