Scheduling
Your inspection request whether submitted by phone, fax, email, or integrated loan management program will receive the prompt attention from our scheduling staff. Our goal is to return a completed and reviewed inspection report to the lender's desk within two business days.
We continuously monitor our response time and take needed remedial action before a problem results in a delay. In the unusual circumstance where we cannot attain our goal we will contact the lender to explain the circumstances and discuss alternatives. Outsourcing your inspections can substantially reduce your loan management costs leading to a more profitable portfolio.
